This policy explains what personal information lalabuystore.com (operated by Kingship Digital Ltd, Kampala, Uganda) collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to run the store, and we never sell your personal data.

• Order details — your name, phone number, and delivery address when you place an order on the site or via WhatsApp.
• Wholesale enquiries — name, company, email, and phone number when you submit a request through our wholesale form.
• Product reviews — the name and review text you choose to submit. Reviews are checked before being published.
• Order tracking — your order number and phone number when you use the track-order tool.

Payments

Mobile Money payments (MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money) are processed by licensed third-party payment gateways. You approve every payment with a prompt on your own phone. We never see or store your Mobile Money PIN, and we do not store payment credentials on our servers.

Cookies, local storage & analytics

• Cart, wishlist & recently viewed — stored locally in your own browser so your session works; this data stays on your device.
• Analytics — we use Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages visited, device type) so we can improve it. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
• Advertising measurement — we may use tools such as the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Google tags to measure whether our ads work. You can limit ad tracking in your browser or device settings.

The site is served over HTTPS (SSL) and order records are kept in access-controlled systems. We keep order information for as long as needed for customer support, accounting, and legal requirements, then delete or anonymise it.
