lalabuystore.com (“Lalabuy Store”, “we”, “us”) is an online health and wellness store operated by Kingship Digital Ltd, a private company limited by shares registered in Kampala, Uganda, with offices along the Northern Bypass Highway, Kampala.

Our only official website is www.lalabuystore.com. You can reach us on +256 700 807 217 (phone or WhatsApp) or by email at hello@lalabuystore.com.

You can place an order in two ways:

1. On the website — browse by category or search, add items to your cart, and complete checkout with your name, phone number, and delivery address.
2. By WhatsApp — message us on +256 700 807 217 with the products you want and our team will confirm your order.

An order is confirmed once we have verified product availability and payment (or agreed payment arrangements) with you. We will contact you on the phone number you provide if anything about your order needs clarification.

All prices on the website are shown in Ugandan Shillings (UGX). Delivery fees, where applicable, are communicated before your order is confirmed and depend on your location.

At checkout we accept MTN Mobile Money and Airtel Money, processed through a secure licensed payment gateway. You approve the payment with a prompt on your own phone — we never ask for your Mobile Money PIN and we do not store payment credentials.

For orders placed via WhatsApp, our team will confirm the payment options available for your order and location before dispatch.

Orders are fulfilled from Kampala. We aim for same-day delivery within Kampala on confirmed orders when stock and routing allow, and 1–3 working days for other locations in Uganda. Delivery to neighbouring countries can be arranged on request — contact us for options and costs.

You can cancel an order free of charge at any time before it has been dispatched by calling or messaging us on +256 700 807 217 with your order number. If you have already paid, we will refund the full amount to the Mobile Money number used for payment. Orders that have already been dispatched are handled under our Returns & Refunds policy.

Eligible items can be returned within 7 days of delivery provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, supplements, foods, and personal-care items cannot be returned once opened, unless they arrived damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, report it within 48 hours and we will replace it or refund you in full, including delivery fees.
