Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. If something is wrong with your order, this page explains exactly what you can return, how to do it, and how refunds are paid.

Return window

You may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, an item must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.

Items that cannot be returned

For hygiene and product-safety reasons, the following cannot be returned once the seal or packaging has been opened, unless they arrived damaged or defective:

  • Supplements, softgels, capsules, teas, and coffees
  • Personal-care and hygiene products (pads, patches, creams)
  • Any consumable product with a broken factory seal

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, expired, or different from what you ordered, report it to us within 48 hours of delivery — a photo sent on WhatsApp is enough to start the process. We will collect the item and, at your choice, send a free replacement or issue a full refund including delivery fees.

How to start a return

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp, by phone on +256 700 807 217, or by email at hello@lalabuystore.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Our team confirms eligibility and arranges pickup or a drop-off point in Kampala.
  3. Once the item is received and inspected, we confirm your refund or replacement.

Refunds

Approved refunds are paid to the Mobile Money number used for payment within 5–7 working days of the returned item passing inspection. If you paid through another arrangement confirmed on WhatsApp, we will refund through that same channel.

Delivery fees on returns

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we cover all delivery and collection costs. For change-of-mind returns of eligible items, the original delivery fee is non-refundable and return transport is paid by the customer.

Cancellations before dispatch

Orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full. See our Terms & Conditions for details.
