Green coffee wholesale: buyer FAQ

Do you sell green (unroasted) or roasted coffee beans in bulk?

Both. Bulk is green Arabica and Robusta in 60 kg jute bags with GrainPro liners (HS 0901.11). Roasted whole beans (HS 0901.21) and private-label 200 g retail packs are quoted on request. Tell us the roast level and pack size you need in the form below.

Which coffee grades and specifications do you export?

Arabica: Uganda AA (screen 17/18, 10.5–11.5% moisture, stone fruit, jasmine and citrus) and Uganda AB (screen 15/16, 11–12% moisture, milk chocolate, nut and caramel), both from Mt. Elgon at 1,600–2,200 m, fully washed and sun-dried, 2025/2026 harvest. Robusta: FAQ, screen 15+, moisture up to 12.5%.

Do you supply Robusta?

Yes. Green Robusta in FAQ grade, screen 15 and above, moisture up to 12.5%, in the same 60 kg bags and container loads as our Arabica. Other screens or moisture limits: put them in the form below and we confirm what the lot can meet.

What is the price per kg or per tonne of green coffee?

Green coffee is priced per lot because it follows the market and the grade. Send the grade, volume and destination port and we reply with an FOB Kampala price (or CIF to your port) within 1 business day.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Coffee is quoted per lot rather than at a fixed MOQ. Small trial lots go by air; commercial lots move by sea, up to about 320 bags (19.2 MT) in a 20 ft container.

Can I get a catalogue, specification sheet and a sample first?

Yes. The spec table above and each grade page list screen size, moisture, varietals and processing. Air samples of 200–500 g are sent at the buyer's cost before a bulk order, and your approved sample sets the contract standard.

Which documents come with a coffee shipment?

Certificate of analysis per lot, ICO certificate of origin, commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading for each container, plus a phytosanitary certificate where the destination requires it.

Which countries do you quote for?

We quote FOB Kampala and CIF to destination ports for buyers in USA, Canada, United Kingdom, EU, UAE, Saudi Arabia, India, Pakistan, Thailand, Philippines, China, Singapore and Moldova. Confirm your own import rules with your customs broker; we supply the export documents they ask for.

Is the coffee single origin and traceable?

Yes. Arabica comes from the Omuka Coffee smallholder network on Mt. Elgon, and every lot has farm-to-port tracking. For EU buyers, tell us your EUDR requirements before ordering and we confirm what origin data we can supply for your lot.
