Overview
Uganda AA is the premium grade from the Omuka Coffee smallholder network on the volcanic slopes of Mt. Elgon. Cherries are fully washed and sun-dried on raised beds, then graded to screen 17/18.
The cup is bright and wine-like with stone fruit, jasmine and citrus, a profile specialty roasters pay a premium for. Every lot is tracked from farm to port.
Specifications are from the Omuka Coffee technical data sheet, 2025/2026 harvest.
